What delivery options are available?

We understand that when you place your order with Target Dry, you want it delivered as soon as possible (especially if its raining!).  Perhaps you’re heading away on holidays or planning for a business trip or event later in the week, and you need your new jacket or coat by a certain day - Will it be delivered in time?

This week we are answering the question - What delivery options are available?

Free 1st Class UK Delivery

With Target Dry, Free 1st Class UK Delivery comes as standard.  When shopping online, there is often a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery.  With Target Dry you don’t need to worry about whether your order reaches the “free shipping” threshold - It automatically qualifies for Free Delivery! 

We partner with Royal Mail and use their 1st Class Service,.  Our Target Dry HQ is a Royal Mail collection point with daily collections, so we’ll never “miss the post”.  The Royal Mail 1st Class Service aims to delivery the next day, including Saturdays.  

Express Delivery - Full Tracking & Notifications

Need your order for the next day?  We offer a Next Day - 24hour delivery service.  Place your order before 12noon, and receive it the next day!  We dispatch your order with one of our selected UK Couriers, and guarantee delivery by 6pm the next day.  

You can keep up to date with the progress of delivery on our Track Your Express Order page, and on your Order History page in your Account, which gives full tracking information, together with courier contact details.  

You will also receive Email and SMS notifications at the following delivery stages:

• In Transit
• Out For Delivery
• Delivered

In addition, if there is a problem with your delivery, you will be notified if:

• Failed Attempt
• Exception

All express orders placed after 12 noon will dispatch the following day on a 24 hour service.

USA Shipping

USA Shipping - £8.95

Delivery is via Royal Mail International Standard which aims to delivery to USA in 5-7 working days.  You may have to pay import duties and taxes on your goods when they enter the United States.
