We use Royal Mail to delivery items within the UK. Please do allow at least 10 working days for orders to arrive during and after the strike period.

Our deliveries dispatch with Tracked 48 service as standard. This service aims to deliver within 2-3 business days. If you haven't received your delivery within 5-7 working days of placing the order please get in touch.
Your standard delivery should normally arrive within 7-10 working days of its dispatch by us. However please allow 10 working days in case of a delay. Express deliveries should arrive with 2 working days.
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to Europe. However please allow 14 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days of placing your order please contact us.
All goods are shipped from the UK and should arrive with you within 14 working days of your order being placed. You may have to pay import duties and taxes on your goods when they enter the United States.
Due to Royal Mail strike action, returns will take longer than usual to reach us and be processed. Please allow at least 14 days for returns to be processed during this period.
UK returns are free within 30 days of purchase.

The Royal Mail will e-mail you a label which you can print out and pop on your parcel. For those who prefer to have the post office print out the label for them, just take the QR code (which will also be e-mailed to you when you complete your details at the above link) into larger post office branches.

However, if you do that you will have to pay as the freepost label/QR code is required for the free return to apply.
Include a note stating the refund/exchange you require. We will let you know when this has been processed. Please allow 10 working days from the date you return your order for confirmation of refund/exchange.
Please make sure that the returned item has not been worn (other than tried on), and that it is in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office / carrier.
Returned gift items still have to be refunded to the purchaser. If you want to swap or return your gift, the purchaser will need to get in touch with us directly.
Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method. You can only return goods to us purchased through targetdry.com.
In addition to our returns policy, under distance selling regulations, customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.
Any goods being returned under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us.

To this end, we guarantee our products for two years against defects in fabric, accessories and workmanship. If there is a defect in manufacture, then we will repair, replace or refund you, at our own discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse, or the natural breakdown of fabric / proofing / accessories which will occur over extended time and use.
