Our deliveries dispatch with Tracked 48 service as standard. This service aims to deliver within 2-4 business days. If you haven't received your delivery within 5-7 working days of placing the order please get in touch.
Your standard delivery should normally arrive within 7-10 working days of its dispatch by us. However please allow 14 working days in case of a delay.
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to Europe. However please allow 14 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days of placing your order please contact us.
All goods are shipped from the UK and should arrive with you within 14 working days of your order being placed. You may have to pay import duties and taxes on your goods when they enter the United States.
Please remember to include a note stating the refund/exchange you require. We will let you know when this has been processed. Please allow 10 working days from the date you return your order for confirmation of refund/exchange.

Royal Mail will e-mail you a return label which you can print out and pop on your parcel. For those who prefer to have the post office print out the label for them, just take the QR code (which will also be e-mailed to you when you complete your details at the above link) into larger post office branches. (Please note, this email can take 10/15 minutes to reach you)

In addition to our returns policy, under distance selling regulations, customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.
Any goods being returned under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us.
