UK returns are free. You have 30 days to return an item.

Please remember to include a note stating the refund/exchange you require. We will let you know when this has been processed. Please allow 10 working days from the date of return for confirmation of your refund/exchange. 

  • Please make sure that the returned item has not been worn (other than tried on), and that it is in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office / carrier.
  • Returned gift items still have to be refunded to the purchaser. If you want to swap or return your gift, the purchaser will need to get in touch with us directly. 
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method. You can only return goods to us purchased through targetdry.com. If purchased from a retailer, please return the item directly to them

You can print a return label after completing the form, alternatively you can book a collection free of charge.

No printer? A QR code is emailed to you so that a PO can scan and print it for you (allow 10/15 minutes to receive) 

 

 

Distance Selling Regulations

In addition to our returns policy, under distance selling regulations, customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.

Any goods being returned under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us.
